Excitement is building as tickets are now on sale for the much-anticipated Murrumbateman Field Days, on October 19-20, 2024. Just a short drive from Canberra, this award-winning event is the highlight of the Yass Valley calendar, attracting thousands of visitors from all over regional NSW.

Spanning 40 hectares, the Field Days will showcase over 300 exhibitors catering to everyone from large-scale farmers and agri-businesses to hobby farmers, rural lifestyle enthusiasts, and tree-changers. Visitors can enjoy a diverse range of exhibits, including tractors, farm machinery, house building equipment, and livestock. Families will love the lifestyle shopping, entertainment, children’s rides, and a delicious selection of food and drinks.

This year has an exciting mix of farming equipment and agricultural exhibitors, along with family favourites like the Hawkesbury Working Sheep Dogs and Noah’s Racing Pigs.

Royal Canberra Show

The Royal National Capital Agricultural Society are proud to present the 2024 Royal Canberra Show. on Friday 23th to Sunday 25th February 2024. The Show will be held at Exhibition Park in Canberra.

Sunday 25th February 2024, 8:00am to 6:00pm

The Royal Canberra Show, Canberra’s largest all ages event, is staged annually by the Royal National Capital Agricultural Society. While having agriculture at its core, the Show has broadened over the years to reflect more entertainment, educational features and exhibitions, ensuring that there is a vibrant mix of “city meeting country” and “country meeting city”.

Murrumbateman Field Days is held on the third weekend of October.

Royalla Country Fair

With the dedicated hard work of the local volunteers and regional sponsorships, The 2020 Royalla Country Fair early indicators show it will be bigger, brighter, more exciting, and most importantly even more successful than the 2018. It does also incorporate the Royalla Country Fair Show and Shine with trophy awards, with 11 general Judging categories.

The funds raised from this event go directly to Royalla Country Fair Association which is then distributed for projects including construction and facility improvements at the Royalla Common to assist with the maintenance of what is a fantastic facility for the community of Royalla and regional ACT.

The regional community has already been accessing the facility for wedding ceremonies and other functions utilising the Elm Grove, the ruins for their special day, the open area for community bomfires.
